Do you accept purchases outside of the US?
Yes, I do ship internationally.
If you are a UK buyer please contact me directly or visit my etsy shop to place an order.
How long does it take for packages to ship?
Items listed on
this site are strictly preorder items. Please refer to the listing of
the item to see the estimated ship date, or check my social media for
any further updates. In case of extended delays during manufacturing or
excessive flaws in the products upon arrival, you will be contacted via
email.
Returns & exchanges:
Not accepted. But please contact me if you have problems with your order.
Missing or Damaged Items:
If there is an issue with your order please contact me within 5 days of receiving your order. If your product was damaged please attach photo/s. If package was marked delivered but you did not receive it, you will need to contact your local post office. I do not reship Limited Edition or Limited Release pins due to resellers.
Lost Packages (Limited Edition and Limited Release items):
In the case of a package being lost (not marked as delivered) you will need to contact the post office. If after filing a lost package report they do not recover the package and deem it as lost, please forward me the written correspondence between yourself and the post office and I will replace the package or refund your order.
ENAMEL PIN GRADING:
Only Standard Grade pins are sold during preorders. Preorders will get the best pins from the batch.
Standard Grade: Pins that are near perfect, but may have a small flaw upon close inspection or at a particular angle due to their handmade nature. These minor imperfections may include: light scuffing/polishing lines on the metal or enamel, slight under filled enamel, an air bubble or small speck of dust, etc.
